Ernest's birthday PartYyy

Since 1 of my friend said that i should write more about my life instead of writing like a critic, so let me add in some spice to my blog then. Finally, about my life, well? Today, I’ve attended 1 of my friend's birthday party. It's great although there were only 10 of us, including the birthday boy himself. But poor Ernest received only 6 presents if I’m not mistaken, but i'm sure he had one hell of a time.

I arrived there at 7.15pm, and I’m counted late. Reason, I played too much DOTA till i forgotten the time. If i'm not mistaken, i finished dota at 6.45pm and ended up rushing the hell out of me just to take bath and get dressed into a decent attire. When i was in my car and just about to depart, guess what happened? I nearly forgotten to bring along his present. At that split second, once again, rushed out of da car just to get the darn present. If not, Ernest will only have a miserable 5 presents....

Oh yea, his house is quite hard to find, or maybe I’m suffering from night blindness, nearly got lost on the way. But thank god i reached there in time. At that time i was the latest, as anticipated, well, cos' of playing too much Dota? Haha! Once i stepped down of the car, the dog greeted me with a 'friendly' welcome, or should i say barking instead =.= When i entered, everyone was enjoying themselves with the TV, a plasma home theatre set. I was amazed to see 80% of the people present are GIRLS, only me and poor Ing Thian are the only boys around, opps, and of cos' the birthday boy himself, my bad. We started of taking pictures together with his birthday cake, specially made birthday cake which resembles a goats' face, which is relevant to our Zodiac sign, the goat. We arranged the candles around the innocent face and another candle on the nose of the goat, Ouch! But, it looks cute though~

After taking photos as remembrance, it's time to sing the ' Happy birthday song ' (lame to me but, oh well, it's tradition, no?)

* The crowd sings*
Happy birthday to you,
Happy birthday to you,
Happy birthday to Ernest,
Happy birthday to you~

And there goes the cake-cutting ceremony. I was gasping for air at that time cos' it's so DAMN hot. Finally, the air cond is up and running and i finally could breatheee~ Erm, ignore that, just adding some personal touch in it >.<" After everyone filled up their empty tanks, it's gaming time. As always, 2 groups are formed and we started playing some odd games which thy birthday boy came up with. The first 1 is more like a tongue-twister. Everyone sat in a circle and started shouting the dates in the week. It's not that simple though, the days are to be shouted in 3 different type of language, namely English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese. Those who failed to continue the pace will be punished, by drinking mild SARSI drink. Doesn't taste that bad either, still edible. For instance, I start by shouting Monday and the person sitting beside me is supposed to carry on the pace by shouting Selasa and the following person must shout Wednesday(in Chinese), and it goes on and on. And well, our team somehow won, not bad eh? The next game is more of a hybrid of the ideas came up by Ernest and the games played on in those entertainment programmes on TV. Both teams ought to send a representative and play rock paper scissors. The person who won is eligible to taunt the loser in anyway he wanted to. And guess what, we won again! That's about the games we played.

It was a quarter past nine and it's happy hour. Some played the piano, some just loiter, some even started talking on the phone and sms. At that time, more and more people began to disperse. The 'unbearable' noise and shouting as though dissipates into the skies in an instance, and thus i took the initiative to bid the birthday boy goodbye as i walk out of the entrance heading towards Ing Thian's car. It was a indeed great night, a memorable one I could say...

That wraps up most of it, till next time.

Cheerz!
