Wassup guys. It’s been quite a while since I blogged in, was tied with with activities over the past few days and I couldn’t spare sometime to blog about it.
Alright, the 1st activity is Leyna Charity Ballet Concert 2007. This event is large-scaled, and I really mean it by LARGE. Even YB Tan Sri Dato George Chan is the guest of honor for the 1st nite. This project is divided into 2 shifts. The first shift is on the 23rd of November (Friday) and the second shift on the following day. The organizer is the one and only Ley Na, a renowned ballet teacher in Kuching. She is talented in ballet till the extend that she owns a whole troupe of ballerinas and she has 3 prima ballerinas, very expert. Even the younger ones come to her for ballet lessons, amazing. She’s one of the members of our sponsoring club, Lions Club of Kuching Ixora. So, it’s our duty to assist her.
This project is held at Batu Lintang Teacher’s College (BLTC) which is the largest auditorium (or maybe the second largest, but clean and equipped with up-to-date facilities) in Kuching. We Leos are in charged of ushering, reception, collecting donations and for the boys, what else, carry the probes! The aim of this major project by Ley Na is to raise funds, and I’m saying a few Thousands for the SSPCA, the AIDS and HIV Society.
So, in this post I won’t be enclosing pictures as they are still in the zip file and it takes time to unzip it, and I also have many activities to post later.
